#1. No Players will be Signed Off

Many players were signed off from teams last year in mid season of IPL 2016. Many of us cam to know about news floating around about signing off of the players from IPL 2016. Last year teams made decision to have only 18-20 players in team and rest players won't get chance to play in IPL 2016. The only reason of this was giving chance to new young players. But the question lies here is that was IPL only made to give youngsters a chance ??? NO.

If young players are not getting chance to play in IPL but still they are getting a chance to share dressing room with senior players like MS Dhoni, Virat Kohli, Sachin Tendulkar and many other from all over the world. Youngsters can learn a lot of thing by staying with them in dressing room and even a minute spent with these legends is enough and satisfactory. So, in IPL 2017 there will not be any signing off of players.

#2. Introducing Bonus Points in IPL 2017

We have seen a lot of matches in IPL 2016 in which teams was winning with a big margin of points and wickets. We have seen teams winning within 15 over and teams winning by 100 runs. The only appreciation these sort of wins got is by their net run rate. This appreciation is not enough so IPL has introduced bonus points for these wins.

These bonus points will add more excitement in IPL 2017. These bonus points will also keep teams way from the play-offs spot till the very end of IPL 2017. Each IPL match won with big difference will be awarded 2 points in this season of vivo ipl 2017. So just beacuse of 2 points award there is not excitement for teams at 7th and 8th spot. #3. Eliminating Duckworth-Lewis method

Duckworth-Lewis or D/L method has been one of the most controversial thing in history of Cricket. Many people and teams reported that this method appears to provide benefit to the chasing side. In IPL 2017 this method is being eliminated and a new system will be introduced.
